I’ve definitely had my visits before where I wasn’t super happy but I’m not the type to get angry over it lol I change my nails almost every 2 weeks so it’s not that big of a deal to me. This visit though, I was a bit skeptical because I definitely gave them a task with the design I asked for but she honestly killed it. She mixed colors to get the perfect one for my design since they didn’t have anything close to it. Took her time on the design, shape, made sure they were smooth and cured well.

HEIN was the best!! She was very accommodating and very very good at what she does. I will be going back to see her in particular. I did do the platinum pedicure with gel. Worth the extra money. She spent her time getting the dead skin off with that cheese grader thing haha. The massage on legs was similar to what it would feel like getting deep tissue during a full body massage. Very very happy
